Regular-priced items in new, unworn condition — with tags still attached — can be returned in-store within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method. Your receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note, not everything that we sell at Bound can be returned, please keep reading to make sure that your purchase can be returned or exchanged.

Bring your item, along with your receipt, to our West Lebanon, NH location within 30 days. Let our team know what you're returning and why, and we'll help you get sorted — whether that's a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Because of the intimate nature of what we sell, some items can't be returned once they've left the store — this is standard across the lingerie and intimacy industry, and it protects every customer who shops with us. That includes:
Underwear, bodysuits, and anything with a gusset or that touches intimate skin
Pleasure products of any kind, once the packaging seal has been broken
Sale and clearance merchandise
Gift cards
Books are the exception to the "no exceptions" rule — return those within 30 days as long as they're unread and undamaged.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method at the time of your in-store return. If you paid by card, please allow 5 business days for your bank to post it.
